What do I need to provide as the client?

Nothing at all unless there are specific products you would like us to use. We are happy to bring our own cleaning products, rags, vacuums and mops.

What preparations do I need to make as the client before you arrive?

We understand that life happens in your home and we all have those piles in the corner that need our attention. We simply ask that you pick up the bulk of things before we arrive so we can focus on what we do best...cleaning! We do offer specialty services for organizing and such just ask if you need a hand! We would be happy to set up a time to address that as well but we can't always accomodate the extra requests without scheduling it!

How do I pay for your services?

We make it easy! When you book our services, we will ask for a phone number as well as email. Appointment reminders, invoicing and payment are all taken care of in the client hub through our software via email and/or text messaging! We accept many forms of payment including credit and debit and you are able to store that number for future use in your client hub!
